Create case packs to help drive higher-volume sales

Our Case Pack Recommendations tool helps you identify opportunities to bundle your products as case packs, or add offers on existing case packs.
Case packs contain multiple single units (for example, six keyboards) and offer customers a lower cost per-item and consolidated delivery.
Using case packs helps you increase your sales to customers. In the first half of 2022, case packs sales grew 16% faster than single-unit sales in the US, with 15% higher conversion for Amazon Business customers than single units.
Based on your catalog and customer demand, we offer two types of case pack recommendations:
Create new case packs: We assess multi-unit orders of your single products to indicate if there is demand for these products to be sold as case packs.
Add offers on existing case packs: To suggest that you could add an offer on this existing ASIN, we review case packs for products from brands that you are registered.

● Updates to New Seller Incentives

If you’re a new Professional seller and have yet to list your first product in the US, Japan, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, or Spain, or if you're an existing Professional seller and want to expand to these stores for the first time, you may be eligible for New Seller Incentives.
The New Seller Incentives program helps you grow your brand, scale your business, and promote your products. Eligible sellers who take the required actions can qualify for benefits that could be worth more than $50,000, including Vine, FBA, and Amazon Coupons credits.
Effective March 1, 2023, the eligibility window to access New Seller Incentives benefits for Vine, FBA, and Amazon Coupons will be updated from one year to 90 days. Transparency credits will no longer be available.
These updates apply only to new Professional sellers who list their first buyable ASIN on or after March 1, 2023.

New Automate Pricing feature will help protect your margins

To let Automate Pricing adjust your prices both up and down, we have added a new feature. In addition to keeping your prices competitive, Automate Price rules can also be configured to increase your prices.

When you configure price rules to compare against prices from retailers outside the Amazon store, we can increase your price when the external price increases. This applies when there are no other offers for the same item in Amazon’s store that meet your rule criteria.

To use this new feature, go to Automated Pricing and enroll your SKU in a Competitive Featured Offer rule or Competitive Lowest Price rule, and configure your rule settings to compare with prices outside the Amazon store.

Automate Pricing is free to use and helps increase your chance to be the featured offer by adjusting your prices quickly and automatically in relation to competing offers for the same product.


Update: Three new product listing attributes will be mandatory

New and existing product listings for certain product types must include color name, product description, and department name attributes. Since our previous announcement, size name has been removed as a mandatory attribute, and two product types have been added
Attributes will change from optional to required for the following product types.
Color name: SHIRT, SWEATSHIRT, PANTS, SWIMWEAR, SWEATER, SHORTS, LEOTARDProduct description: CURTAIN, HOME, RUG, BLANKET, TOOLS, SPORTING_GOODS, CELLULAR_PHONE_CASE, BED_LINEN_SET, AUTO_ACCESSORY, HEALTH_PERSONAL_CARE, DRINKING_CUP, HOME_BED_AND_BATH, POWERSPORTS_VEHICLE_PART, CONSUMER_ELECTRONICS, OUTDOOR_LIVING, TOYS_AND_GAMESDepartment name: BACKPACKAll new listings for affected product types will require a valid attribute value, or the product will not be added to the catalog.
Your active listings will not be affected.

Amazon investing over $5 billion in small business success and stability during a difficult time

Our focus has been on getting the most selection for customers while enabling your success. That has included limiting ordering for our own retail business in the U.S., and allocating the majority of space in our fulfillment centers for seller inventory so that your products are in stock for customer orders. As we write this email today, sellers using Fulfillment by Amazon carry enough inventory, on average, to support 25% more days of sales than our own retail business, and more than 60% of products in our fulfillment centers worldwide are from sellers.
Sellers surpassed $4.8 billion in worldwide sales from Black Friday through Cyber Monday, growing about 60% from last year. Your businesses continue to grow faster than Amazon’s own first-party retail business, and we’re glad. What’s good for you is good for Amazon, our customers, and communities around the world.

New feature helps you create and manage deals across Amazon stores

Our new feature makes it easier to create and manage your deals across United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil Amazon stores. You can now manage deals without having to sign in and out of store-specific Seller Central accounts to manage deals across United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

With this feature, you can:
•View and manage all of your United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil Amazon deals in the same Deals Dashboard.
•Filter deal recommendations eligible to run in United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
•When creating a new deal, you can choose to schedule your deal to run in United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
